Leigh-Anne Brierley is a Certified Master Coach who has worked as a leader and facilitator in her current coaching roles since 2014. Her coaching is focused on empowering people to achieve their personal and professional goals and develop authentic, purposeful lives and careers. She is committed to ongoing coaching and adult education, as a process by which to improve engagement, productivity, growth, and contribution. Leigh-Anne also works as a systemic coach trainer and facilitator, and a programme and curriculum developer, and content creator.

Specialising in recovery and wellness coaching, she coaches individuals and groups to create sustainable recovery and wellness and engage in healthy behaviours in order to effectively manage their substance use, addictive behaviour, and mental health disorders. By developing actions, habits and behaviours that are supportive of their recoveries, her clients are empowered to live fulfilling lives grounded in meaning and purpose. The solutions-driven nature of systemic coaching supports them in deepening their recovery, so that they can be actively involved in their personal and professional endeavours in a sustainably healthy way.

Systemic coaching also aids in addressing personal and professional situations and challenges within the environments in which individuals and teams live, work and play. From a development and growth perspective, it is an effective intervention in areas such as transformation, diversity, and wellness. Leigh-Anne works organically with individuals and teams to develop effective, bespoke interventions, as well as offering courses such as “Wellness in the Workplace” and “Women of Wellness” for teams and female employees.
