With 20 years of experience in the addiction field, Caleb Atmore is a highly accomplished and certified addiction professional, recognised for his expertise in both clinical practice and leadership. He holds two international credentials as an Addiction Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor, reflecting his proficiency in delivering effective, evidence-based, and ethical addiction services.

Caleb is a driving force in the advancement of addiction treatment and professional development in South Africa. As the co-founder and Vice President of the Board of Addiction Professionals South Africa (BAPSA), he actively advocates for the recognition and professionalisation of the addiction field. His leadership extends to education, serving as the CEO of ACCSA Addiction Education College, where he oversees the development and delivery of high-quality, accredited addiction training programs. Under his guidance, ACCSA collaborates with NAADAC, the global association for addiction professionals, and IC&RC, the International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium, ensuring that addiction professionals in South Africa receive internationally recognised training and credentials.

In addition to his contributions to education and professional advocacy, Caleb is the Clinical Director of The Cedars Group, a respected network of private addiction treatment facilities offering a comprehensive, holistic, and 12-step-based approach to recovery. His clinical leadership ensures that individuals receive personalized, evidence-based treatment that addresses the complexities of addiction and co-occurring disorders.

Caleb’s passion lies in helping individuals and families find freedom and healing from the disease of addiction.
